In this article, you will learn how to make entering a decline reason required for your clients.
By default, when your clients click on the decline button, a modal pops up as shown below, prompting them to leave you feedback so you can improve on your next candidate submissions.
If you wish to make the decline reason required, simply navigate to Settings > Shared list configurations > General Settings, and scroll down to find "Should decline reason be required". Simply select yes as shown below:
