When uploading the CV of a candidate to a list, you will notice that Candidately takes a bit of time to fully add your candidate. This is because we parse the CV to get the candidate's first name, job title, most important skills, and work experience in order to provide a fleshed-out candidate profile.

Once the CV upload is completed you will see the candidate's profile appear on your screen next to the CV so you can complete the process of reviewing & activating your submittal.
