Go to your Settings, click on Users, and hit the “Invite user” button on the top right.
Add your user's email, first name, last name, select a user role, and hit the “Send invitation button”.
Your user will receive an email notification from [email protected] and will be able to complete the signup by setting a password and completing their profile.
User permission explained
A user can be an owner, admin, or member.
Owner: manage company profile, invite users up to owner level, manage general settings, manage appearance, manage custom fields, manage client portal, manage integration settings, manage billing
Admin: manage company profile, invite users up to admin level, manage general settings, manage appearance, manage custom fields, manage client portal
Member: manage individual user account settings
Billing new users
Each new user will be billed $49/month according to our standard pricing. Your Credit Card will be charged automatically. Discounts will be applied automatically.
