Export Credits Explained
Export credits are used to manage the billing for formatted resumes exported in PDF or DOCX formats, or when saving them to Bullhorn. Each unique edit and subsequent export of a profile uses one credit. For example:
If you export a profile after making edits, one credit is used.
If another user, such as an Account Executive, makes additional edits to the same profile and exports the profile again, another credit is consumed.
However, if no changes are made to the profile after its initial export, any further exports of the same profile will not use additional credits. In this case, only the original credit is counted.
Purchase more Credits
Export credits can be purchased at the company level and shared across all users on the same account, ensuring flexibility and efficiency for the entire team.
Monthly Plan
You can purchase credits on a monthly basis, such as 100 credits for $100. Monthly credits expire at the end of each month and do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
Annual Plan
You can purchase credits annually in advance, such as 1,000 credits for $1,000. Annual credits do not expire and can be carried over to the following billing cycle.
If you exhaust your credits before your annual renewal, you can always purchase additional credits.
