Pro Tip 💡: Candidately supports multi-branding. This feature allows you to create multiple brandings to support different needs, such as creating specific brandings for different business lines, branches, offices, or even clients.
Step 1. Enter your brand name, upload your logo and create a Welcome message
Start by entering a branding name, uploading a logo avatar, and selecting the company or brand name that should be displayed on your lists. Keep in mind the minimum image dimensions for your logo are 260 (w) x 260 (h) pixels and the maximum permitted file size is 5 MB.
Next, select the domain that should be used for this branding, enter your website and add a Welcome message. This could be your company tagline or simply a friendly “Hello”. Your clients will see the Welcome Message on the top of each link that you share with them.

Step 2. Add Cover Images and a Favicon
Add a Cover image for Desktop & Mobile and a Favicon:
Cover image - Desktop: Minimum image dimensions: 1500 (w) x 260 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB
Cover image - Mobile: Minimum image dimensions: 750 (w) x 192 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB
Favicon: Minimum image dimensions: 32 (w) x 32 (h) pixels - Maximum image dimensions 72 (w) x 72 (h) pixels. Max file size: 100 kB) or add an image URL.

Step 3. Select your default list header style
Select if your list should show the list owner or the company more prominently by default. You are also able to change this on a list level as well.
Step 4. Customize your list colors
Customize your list colors by applying your company identity colors to the primary and secondary buttons in your client portal.
Working with Multi-Brand? Add Themes / List Appearances to your Custom URLs
You can customize the theme and appearance, including the logo, banner, favicon, and brand display name, and apply it to each of your custom URLs on Candidately. This allows you to create a distinct and personalized experience for different brands on your client portals.
Follow these steps to set up themes for your custom URLs:
Navigate to Settings -> List Settings -> Client Portal
Apply the theme to the corresponding domain, as shown below:
Now, your custom URL will reflect the selected theme/appearance, providing a unique and branded experience for each portal.
