Pro Tip 💡: Candidately supports multi-branding. This feature allows you to create multiple brandings to support different needs, such as creating specific brandings for different business lines, branches, offices, or even clients.
Step 1
Start by entering a branding name, uploading a logo avatar, and selecting the company or brand name. Keep in mind the minimum image dimensions for your logo are 260 (w) x 260 (h) pixels and the maximum permitted file size is 5 MB.
Step 2
Add a Header and a Footer for your resumes:
Header image: Minimum image dimensions: 1604 (w) x 272 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB
Footer image: Minimum image dimensions: 1604 (w) x 136 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB
Important 💡: Certain use cases, such as VMS submissions, require unbranded resumes. To achieve this, simply create a branding and remove any company branding elements, such as the logo, header and footer and apply this branding when exporting your resumes.
Step 3
Next, choose your resume layout for PDF exports between two design options: Regular or Compact. Select whether your resumes will display or hide candidate avatars, the company's logo, and icons. Lastly, set up your preferred start and end date format, and choose to show or hide job durations on your resumes.
Step 4
Fully customize your color codes to match your company's identity.
