With the Candidate Database, every candidateโ€™s details and essential information are just a click away, making it easy to tailor profiles and export resumes for different roles and requirements. Say goodbye to the hassle and hello to a more productive way to manage your candidate CVs!

The Candidate Database feature can be accessed from the "All Candidates" tab on the left-side navigation bar. You can also access each candidate's record from a custom Candidately tab in your Bullhorn candidate profiles.

What is the Candidate Database:

The Candidate Database is where you'll find everything related to your candidates. It is found on the left side Candidately menu or in a custom Candidately tab within your Candidate records in Bullhorn.

Access it by clicking the "All Candidates" button or the custom Candidately tab. You'll find a searchable list of all your candidate records ๐Ÿ’ป

What are Candidate Profiles

Our Digital Candidate Profiles offer a reusable and standardized presentation for each of your candidates. You can have multiple readily available so you can export beautifully reformated resumes, and submit candidates as soon as you get a request from your clients. This gets you ahead of the curve, and saves you lots of time!

When clicking on any candidate record, you'll find a list of all the reusable candidate profiles saved for that candidate. You'll also find the candidate's email, full name, and creation date.

Pro Tip ๐Ÿš€:

Be prepared for many use cases by having multiple candidate profiles. A common one is having a profile for regular submissions, and another one for spec submissions, both ready to go and be exported as soon as the time calls for it!

Managing Candidate Records

Adding new candidates to the Database

You can add new candidate records to the database very easily.

Click the "Add candidate" button on the top right corner of the candidate database screen. Then, you can choose to either import the candidate from Bullhorn, upload a CV/Resume from your device, or create a candidate record manually by entering the first and last name, and email of the candidate.

After creating the new candidate record, a standard candidate profile (using your default candidate appearance) will be automatically created as well.

Creating candidate profiles

You can have multiple candidate profiles for any given candidate. Creating new candidate profiles is very easy and can be done in multiple places within Candidately.

  1. You can create a candidate profile directly from within the candidate record. To do this, click the "Add profile" button as shown below. Then, you can either import the candidate details from Bullhorn, upload a CV/Resume from your device, or create a candidate profile manually using only the basic info from the candidate record.

  2. You can also create a new candidate profile by following the same steps from the candidate record in Bullhorn as shown below:

Editing candidate profiles

Editing an existing candidate profile can be done in different ways as well. You can do so directly from the list of profiles on the candidate record.

To edit a profile from the candidate record, click the edit button when hovering over any candidate profile for the desired candidate.

Then, simply edit the profile and save your changes by clicking the "Update profile" button on the bottom right corner.
