Step-by-step Guide

Step 1

The connection between Bullhorn and Candidate.ly can break from time to time. When that happens, you will be notified when you log into your Candidately account. Simply hit the “Reconnect Bullhorn” button to reconnect the connection.

Please note you will also receive an email notification should the connection break.

Step 2

Alternatively, go to your Bullhorn integration settings and hit the “Reconnect Bullhorn” button.

To avoid these steps you can also set up the “Auto reconnect” option.

How to set up Auto-reconnect

The connection between Bullhorn and Candidate.ly can break from time to time. To avoid having to reconnect the integration, enable the “Auto reconnect” option on your account.

Step 1

Navigate to your Bullhorn integration settings, find the Auto-reconnect section, and click the Enter credentials button.

Step 2

Enter your Bullhorn credentials in the panel that comes up and hit Save.

This option will automatically reconnect the integration should it break in the future.
