The Job submission list

Use this type of list when you share candidates with multiple hiring managers at the same company. The job submission list will allow all contacts invited to the list to view each other’s messages and requests. We will this collaborative lists.

For example, You share a job submission list with Tom and Sarah who both work for the same company. If Tom requests an interview with one candidate and declines two other candidates, then Sarah accessing the same list shortly after Tom will see Tom's messages and requests.

We recommend that you share this type of list with contacts at the same company only.

For Bullhorn customers: The job submission list is the default list type that is used when creating a list from the custom tab on a job in Bullhorn.

The marketing list

Use this type when you are trying to share candidates with several clients or prospects. The contacts you share the marketing list with will not be able to see each other's messages and requests.

Typical use cases are:

  • List with top available candidates shared with prospects

  • Add a list to your website (search engine indexing coming soon)

  • Include lists in your email signature

  • Share list on social media (preview images coming soon)

  • Share a list of your β€œTop 100” candidates in a newsletter to your clients

For Bullhorn customers: You can create marketing lists only from within Candidately account on app.candidate.ly.
