Client Portal: Search Bar & Filter Visibility Explained

Set if the search bar and filters on lists should be visible or hidden

Note 📚: This only applies to new lists you create. This can be changed on each list individually.

Customizing your Filter settings

Step 1

Go to your General Settings and scroll down to the section "Filter visibility default behavior".

If you choose the option “Expanded” this is how the filters will be visible for your clients on your lists. This option does not allow the filters to collapse.

If you choose the option “Collapsed” this is how the filters will be visible for your clients on your lists. This option allows your clients to open and close the filter section.

Customizing your Searchbar settings

Step 1

Go to your General Settings and scroll down to the section "Search bar on lists default behavior"

If you choose the option “Show search bar” it will be visible for your clients on your lists.

If you choose the option “Hide search bar” it will NOT be visible for your clients on your lists.

Keep in mind that these settings are also available on a list-by-list basis 👇
